So I have been playing really much Global Offensive recently and me and my friends are always searching for assault since that map is the most fun right now. It's really easy if you know all the tricks on this map, and since you have a minimap you can do some crazy shots through the walls on this map. This is what this post are all about, so lets get this starting, first off I am only doing this to show everyone who calls everyone hackers that if you are just using a bit off your brain you can shoot through the walls and get kills. To get the kills you must first look inside through the glass on top of the roof if you are starting as the "Counter-Terrorists". With these peeks you can either pick them out from there or you can go down and start shooting through the walls.
So first I am going to show you some of the walls I usually shoots through when I start as "Counter-Terrorists". With the help of a minimap this is really easy.
First Place: To be able to shoot here you must either have teammates inside that have spotted the enemy or you peek through the middle glass like the fourth picture and if you see someone go inside they are most likely to stand there for some reason. Same as if I am inside I always shoot through the left side of the door since people are always standing there... Drain a magasine on the left side and you are good to go in. That's my motto. If you shoot where the ladder are standing on the first picture you are shooting on the catwalk and if someone are inside there you can see the blood coming out of the wall. So just keep shooting if that happens. If you are T you can shoot on the ladder from inside and take them out.
Stay frosty and if you want to find out where you can shoot through the walls start a game with a friend and try it out. It's can end up saving games if you know something the enemy doesn't! With the minimap you can go a long way. I will reveal one more place today a place which we recently found out about with the help of the minimap.
You will probably never take anyone down with this but it's fun to injure enemies and it's really effective. Sure you can take someone down but the spray pattern you get from using this, I had the m249 when I tried this on competitive and I did 5 in 1 hit and got hit by the ones outside instead. Since you are standing close to the wall they can just shoot where you are shooting and this is backfiring pretty well, I lost 50 hp and the one outside lost 5 hp. If you are looking on the minimap you can see that the opening at the fences are showing pretty good and this is the way we found out about this.
Hope this helped you in mastering the Cs_assault on Counter Strike Global Offensive and the strongest tool you got in this game is the minimap where you can actually see everything. Use this tool well and it's almost like you are having wallhack for some periods of time because this didn't exist while I played the original Counter Strike and you had to use the sound. So I am relying really much on the minimap. Try this out and you will be chocked by how many you will take down!

Counter Strike: Global Offensive
This is the latest game in the game series entitled Counter Strike, this game goes way back and was originally used with the first half life engine so you could say that counter strike are a standalone game made from half life. They made Global Offensive with the latest source engine and it looks really good if you are playing it on the highest graphics. Before Global Offensive was released there were a rumour on the internet that this game were going to have the gameplay of counter strike 1.6 but with better graphics, I must say that if this intention is true then they failed miserably. The game is really funny but it ain't no counter strike 1.6 the way you shoot through things is really bad 'cause it's impossible. The damage from weapons through doors and other objects that you can shoot through are really low so this messes up the game somewhat I think.
I only play competitive right now I haven't played so much public in this game because I like playing with my friends. The matchmaking is pretty messed up though, if you search a game as full party you can end up facing people that ain't a full party who are all random players to each other. It's quite boring when you solo queue and have to face an entire clan.
But anyway the ranking system is cool so I will throw in a picture on how it goes below this:
I am currently playing this game in Swedish just because I like the translations they are really terrible. One more thing though some weapons in this game are so unbalanced it isn't even funny, the p90 SMG is the worst one. I only play with it when the other team goes full p90 because it's pretty annoying to counter an entire team with that SMG with ordinary weapons. But have fun this game is the best multiplayer game out there right now.

CryEngine 3
Since I have been playing a lot of warface since I got the closed beta access I looked up CryEngine 3. If you want to use a powerful engine to create your own worlds and games for non-commercial use you can download the full engine for free. I think this sounds pretty neat for people who can use game engines I have tried once and I can not use any engine but if you want to try it out go ahead.
You maybe have an idea for a game then this is a great way to try and make your idea become reality. This is a great way to try your ideas without having to pay for a license, and I mean cryengine 3 is one of the best game engines out there and you get it for free. So you can try it out, I want to but I will probably not achieve anything with it.

Warface
Yeah! I got the warface closed beta a couple of days ago so I tested it for the first time yesterday. This is among the best free to play games I have ever played, there are so many options in this game you can run and slide into the enemies or climb on top of dumpsters and other things with the help of another player. The graphics are really good for being a free to play game but it's build around the cryengine 3 so it's not that weird that it got good graphics.
Either way if you haven't signed up for the closed beta then do so! This is a game I will play a lot of since it's really good. One thing though my friend who uses google chrome can not start this game while I who starts it with firefox can so I think you need firefox to start the plugin. Yeah you start this game through the browser and when you have joined a game it starts in fullscreen so it's cool.

My Favourite Game
My favourite game is probably Metro 2033 because of the awesome story as well as the different environments you get to play in, the graphics are really good too.
I have already made a "review" on this game but since that was a while ago I decided to make a new one. It's about Artyom a russian living down in the metro after the nuclear war that brought this world into a apocalypse, you get a job from Hunter too seek a person up in a different station in the metro. People are living in the metro since that's the only place where the radioactivity hasn't spread as much as outside. During this journey you experiences everything bad that exists down in the tunnels, how people are still killing each and other over ideology even though mankind got a common enemy the mutants from outside. You meet friendly persons that helps you throughout the game and it's a really cool game I made this review mostly because the Metro Last Light game is coming in may. Many of my friends haven't even played through this game and I don't know why actually since it's probably one of the best games out there.
If you seek a good first person shooter with a great campaign this is surely the game for you.
Fun fact the Metro games are actually inspired by the books that the russian author Dmitry Glukhovsky wrote. I haven't read the books, but I think the game got more famous then the book for some reason.

Cerwin Vega Xd3
So this time it's all about the speakers the speakers I got are the Cerwin Vega Xd3 for 100€. I got these speakers 'cause I wanted really good sound for my computer but not for a crazy amount of money. So these speakers fit my preferences really well, I really like the style they got to they look really nice on the computer desk or wherever you are going to put them.
So these speakers got a really fine sound quality for the price you pay, it got pros and cons but mostly pros. The overall sound quality is really good they produce a clear sound with lots of bass if you turn the bass booster (vega Bass) button on which can be found the backside of the left speaker at the same place you can find the on/off button which isn't perhaps the best place to have that button. I haven't tried the speakers out at max volume I have only been at roughly 1/3 of the max volume at the most. I usually have it set at below 1/4 but even at the low volume they produce really good sound with good bass.
I really enjoy these speakers, if you want a pair of good speakers for a good price these are surely the speakers for you. I have been comparing these speakers with some 2.1 systems and I think these speakers produce better sound for the price the 2.1 systems got.
Check them out on the official website: Cerwin Vega Xd3

Inkscape
So just recently I tried out a new free software that allows you to create really nice pictures. I have been using GIMP up until now but inkscape is so much better and easier, at least according to me. I think you lose much of the resolution when you are done with the pictures on gimp only a few pictures I made from scratch have been having decent resolution. Probably just me being bad at gimp but however Inkscape is something you should try out if you want to create pictures with good quality.

Star Conflict
So this is a new free to play game available on steam, it's a space game where you play with star ships or whatever it's call I think this game was really funny. The thing with almost every PVP free to play game is the problem with pay to win. I just recently started playing this I do not know if you win the game when you buy things for money.
But for everyone looking for a cool game this is worth checking up there are several different modes you can play. Conquest where you take points while fighting against enemy ships and there is also an elimination mode where you have to take down every enemy ship to win. It's a fast paced third person shooter simulator I do not know what to call this genre to be honest. The way you steer the ships is so smooth and everything is running so smoothly, it's a really good looking game.
So if you want to try this out, and since it's free there is nothing to lose except some of your precious time. Link to star conflict on steam: Star Conflict

Gamecom 380
So this headset is pretty new on the market and from what I have experienced this headset is probably among the best for the price tag it got. I bought mine for 30€ and I had been comparing these with some other headsets in this class from turtlebeach and creative. It took me a couple of days to make my mind up, but since the Gamecom 380 headset didn't have so many reviews I thought I could buy them and see if they did the trick. They said that this headset would bring the same sound as a more expensive headset, they are focusing on a cheap sound experience for your PC. The headset is a bit plastic and they have a normal 3.5mm cable that splits into headphone and microphone there is no USB or anything else.
My first experience with this headset is very good I like it, the other headphones I had where pushing my glasses into my head so I had to buy a new headset. This headset is so comfortable after a couple of minutes I do not even notice that I got it on my head. The sound is excellent for the price this headset got, sure you can not expect to get a miracle sound from a headset to begin with. I like the fact that they do not have any bass booster or anything like that, I want to use my headset for gaming but sure this headset delivers good sound too but I do not use it for music mainly I have my speakers to take on the music job.
The microphone is really good and clear, no one have ever complained that the microphone is making noise or anything else. The volume and microphone on/off button is on the backside of the left can which makes is very easy to change the volume and turn the microphone on/off.
Something that made me a bit annoyed is the fact that people are trying to push this headset down. By rating bad and writing short reviews which doesn't even conclude anything positive. If you want something so you can listen to really good music then invest in headphones and a table microphone instead of a headset because headsets doesn't aim mainly to have the heaviest bass or anything like that.
This headset is among the best ones I have ever tried and for this price tag you can't get anything better.

Eizo Foris FS2331
So I thought that it's time for some tech reviews instead of the typical games. I have an idea I want to do and that is to play through a game while I update throughout the entire game.
But the tech of the day is the LCD HD screen Eizo Foris FS2331, Eizo is a well-known company that manufacturers screens for offices. They are pretty new to this type of screens, but this screen is really good for the price it got. I bought it for around 200€ I think it was less but that doesn't matter, the screen is 23" HD screen with plenty of features but the screen also lacks some things.
The good thing with the screen is the way you adjust the screen, you get a remote with the screen and with this remote you adjust everything. You can have different users for different types of usage of the screen, I think this unlocks many features since I use this screen for my ps3 too because this screen is made for gaming while my TV is not made for gaming. It got a headphone jack and it got a couple of HDMI jacks (2 of them to be precise) and one DVI. Thanks to the headphone jack I can use the HDMI audio from my ps3 and use my stereo with line in from the screen. The speakers on the screen is really worthless it's like playing something inside of a can, but thanks to the headphone jack you can use other speakers with line in.
Some negative things is the lack of making the screen change the angle you can only tilt some degrees up and down. You can not make the screen go up or down which I do not find annoying since my other screens have been exactly the same. The lack of USB hub inside the screen is also lacking but since my pc case got USB ports on the front I can easily use it that way. But if they added some ergonomics and the USB ports on the screen it would be more optimal.
But I have not noticed anything bad with this screen in games or while viewing pictures so it's really good screen for the price tag it got. I will post a review on my speakers, keyboard, mouse and headset tomorrow. Perhaps not all of them at the same time.
But this is a really good screen and I am really happy that I bought this instead of all the other screens I have been checking out.

Kingdom Hearts
So I just happened to stumble upon some remixes from Dearly Beloved which is the song that they use in the menu of Kingdom Hearts. I realized that they should have done the Kingdom Hearts series for the PC or made a newer retail version to the PS3 since this is the best game some have ever created probably.
So if you haven't played this game series you should take some of your time to play this game 'cause it's just a brilliant game.

Pretty Lights
Since one of my favourite interests is to ride snowboard I thought that I would give some good music that I listen to while playing. I really enjoy the old electronic groups like Daft Punk, faithless, fatboy slim and so on.
Pretty Lights is an electronic artist sure he got many more genres that he uses. I really enjoy his music and you know what it's free too. If you want some new music to listen to while playing games I really recommend his music.

Renegade X: Black Dawn
So this is a free game so far it's supposed to be a tactical first person shooter with both singleplayer and multiplayer. The game is made with the unreal engine so it looks kinda sweet, I only played for like 30 minutes but the idea is really cool and if you want something to do on your spare time I would recommend this.
The game starts with you infiltrating a island, infiltrating is probably the wrong word you are doing a frontal assault rather on an island. It's really good looking for being a free to play game, everything looks good except the enemy soldiers but hey what did you expect? It's a free to play game, but one game I want closed beta access to is Warface and I hope that I get it soon because it looks really sweet.

Tune Up Your Computer
Razer's Game Booster is a program that closes unnecessary usage of RAM and CPU which could make your computer perform a little bit better in games. This have worked for me for example on assault in Counter Strike Global Offensive I have a much more stable frames per second (FPS) than I had before using Game Booster.

Playstaion 4
So this last week they announced Playstation 4 which is really cool I have been longing to see this announcement. I do not support any of the consoles just for your information I do not like the fan war that exists. All the consoles got both pros and cons the reason why I have chosen to go with the playstation is 'cause I have been playing playstation since they released the first one. I even got the first one right next to me now, but the hardware that Sony chose to put in to the playstation 4 is something I wont go into detail since it's a lot of different things. It's like the playstation 3 only that it's upgraded with new and better hardware. I think that they have reached some sort of peak now though, I do not know how much you can get from the consoles before they start tearing fps or starts to lagg. Battlefield 3 is really good looking on the consoles but you can experience some lagg in it.
Something I really want to see again is the function to play older games on the playstation since you couldn't play Playstation 2 games in the playstation 3. They have not released so much about the components or the actual style that the playstation 4 will have. They have released a full prototype of the ps4 controller though, nothing new there the same old playstation controller with some tweaks. Picture below:
The controller will get a touch pad which is really cool and there will be some sort of a camera thing that will see the controllers movements or something like that. I didn't really catch up on that, but something I really think will be annoying is the "share" button. If you play and you press that button my mistake you will probably get something in the middle of the screen. Hopefully they will have it so you press it down for 3 seconds before anything happens. Overall I really like the new controller, even though it isn't so new.
The console that waits the longest before release will probably have the better hardware and is better optimized. Just look at when xbox360 got released and the red ring of death existed, microsoft lost so much money on this. Playstation 3 were really expensive at the release but is now at the same price of the xbox360 and sony offers you free online gametime. I like both consoles I do not despise anyone of them. The annoying thing with xbox360 it sounds like a jet plane motor when you start it but I enjoy playing both consoles and the graphics are so similar so I do not even know why they have the lens of truth youtube user. This channel just makes all the fan boys go rampage on each others, when someone asks me something like "what console to pick" I always tell them to get the console the friends you want to play with got. If you want the exclusive games then buy both consoles, but since it's worthless to play alone I always tell them to pick the console your friends are using.

Corsair Carbide Series 200R
So this a pc-case for normal computer use it's not a server case, it's a cool and good one for the ones on a budget. It's really easy to install all the hardware in the chassis, lot of room and you can pull the cables on the back of the chassis so they it looks better inside. It also supports watercooling and it's really nice looking.
The first impression that I got from this is that you can easily screw the hardware to place and it's really easy to keep it clean from dust inside. There is a lot of room for you cables which is always good if you want to pull the cables behind the hardware you need long cables from your power supply. You also get two USB 3.0 on the front of the chassis and there is also microphone and headphone jacks in the front. Got a seperate SSD holder and there is room for four 3.5 HDD so you get a lot of room in this box which is really good and all the hardware is really easy to put to place.
You get two fans with this chassi one in the rear and one in the front, I assume this is good I have no clue actually. There are foor places on the chassis that supports external fans so the pc-case is not isolated at all. I have not noticed this produces more sound than my last chassis but I think it's a lot quiter.
This is a cheap and really good pc-case I would recommend it to everyone who are looking for a new case for their computer components.
Sorry for the english, I have not been writing anything in english for a while but will start making reviews again now! Both games and computer related products.

Tera
So Tera is also going free to play now and following the example of Star Wars The Old Republic and their other mmorpg "Aion" which I tried a bit and I don't remember my first impression of it though but I think it was okay but nothing spectacular. Tera is a third person action mmorpg, it's a mmo with the hack n slash gameplay. You can use attacks and so on but you fight with your mouse which I wanted on the Star Wars Old Republic it would have been so much cooler that way. Tera got a really good character customization with a lot of different races to pick from and many different ways of making the characters. This is a very positive thing.
So I played Tera for a while and I must say this is quite funny it got good gameplay but since I have played Vindictus I know that there are better free to play games in this genre. Tera is though more of the standard mmo game you do quests and level up. Vindictus is a dungeon based so is Tera, Vindictus is more action mmo than Tera. I enjoyed the start of Tera, you start at level 20 for some reason. They have not released the entire free to play patch but you got an unlimited trial period, that can be the reason to why you start at level 20. You get decent gear at the start, I think that the intro is a bit too long. You run around to many people and turn in quests and so on I think they could have thrown you into the story in another way.
I think if you want a game like Tera an action mmo which is dungeon based I think you should go with Vindictus I had a lot more fun with Vindictus than what I had with Tera.

Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising
So I always enjoys war games they are awesome. So when I got my hands on Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising I just had to play it. This game is actually really good, I also have the Arma II and Arma II operation arrowhead. I have not played them so much though, but I will sooner or later.
Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising is taking place in China where you are supposed to make the Chinese military lose a lot of assets so you can terminate their general later in the game. Every mission got side missions that you can choose to do if you so would like to. At first I didn't like this game but I got more and more into it, and they have a nice combination of stealth missions and assault missions. The enemies are really good at aiming in this game too, so it's a bit more "realistic" than most of the other games, where you can take a lot of bullets before you go down. If the enemy shoot you once in the head and you are done. You are in control of your own squad that you can command as you like. If you want them to be decoys they can be it, if you want a head on assault they can do it. Overall I really enjoyed the hours I spent in this game. I can just say that if you like war games this certainly is something you should give a try.
One of the negative things with this game is the weapon sounds, when you have played Battlefield 3 once or any battlefield. You know how they always want all weapons to sound like the real deal and they even patch the games if the weapons got the wrong sound. I think more games should be like this so the guns doesn't sound like BB guns. Operation Flashpoint got better sound than a BB gun but many games have the wrong sound for the weapons. But operation flashpoint nailed it quite good I think!

Dead Space 2
So I played this a while ago but since the 3rd game in the Dead Space series is coming in February I thought well lets spread the word for those who haven't played the first two games. After playing the second game I find the second game to be a lot more PC friendly, when you tried to aim on Dead Space 1 you could feel that it's not meant for the PC. Dead Space 2 is the best horror game I have played, it's not just scary there are some puzzles you have to solve to get further and further into the infested planet. It's a third person shooter, something they should add is the option to bring it down to a first person shooter, that would have been really cool not that's something that would make the game better it would just be a cool feature. I must say that I think this game is a lot more bloody than Dead Space 1, and I like that you have mixed enemies both humans and infested. I found it a bit boring to just fight monsters.
Dead Space 2 is taking place after you have gotten back from the Ishimura the mining ship the marker first did it's dirty work and started the infestation. Isaac is now placed at a mental hospital where he helped them to build a new marker on a planet. You get rescued from your strain jacket and now have to save an entire planet from being infested. Nicole, Isaac's girlfriend from the first game appears on your way to the marker. Something new with this game is that you can find blueprints for your suit so it's not like the first game where you have the same suit throughout the entire game. Sure you could upgrade it, you can still upgrade the suits with nodes you find, these nodes can be used on workbenches to upgrade weapons, suits and the stasis. There are a lot of new monsters and weapons for you to explore and use.
Something new in this game is that it offers you to play multiplayer something you dont have in the first game and in Dead Space 3 they even unlock a co-op option. So dead space 3 is something that I will get just because of the co-op option. Question is if I should buy it to console or PC, well it's some days before the release so I have time to decide it. I don't know about the story in Dead Space 3 I only know you are supposed to enter the planet where the marker and the infestation started, I don't know if you have to play the second and first game to understand the entire story. They had actually added an option in Dead Space 2 where you can see what has happened in the first game. Perhaps they will add that option in Dead Space 3. But I think if you are looking for a really well made horror game this game series is something for you!
